George Rosenthal
George is the President and founder of ThrottleNet. He began building websites in 1999 and in 2007 shifted ThrottleNet’s focus to become an early adopter of the managed service provider model. Even as a kid, George has had an entrepreneur mindset. Whether he was reselling golf balls on the 12th hole of the Clinton Hill Golf Course or conquering the neighborhood through catalog sales, he was quick to recognize an opportunity to make a difference. Through it all, George’s passion has been technology. Early on, he was mindful of its potential to make things better and improve lives. This philosophy remains the driving force behind ThrottleNet. George has a son and daughter and enjoys concerts, online gaming, mountain biking, and most of all, golf.

Mike Heil
Mike has been with ThrottleNet since 2006. He started as an MSCE network engineer working directly with customers. In 2008 he became the first networking director and in 2010 ThrottleNet’s second CEO. As CEO he has seen the company more than double its revenue, double the number of employees, add 24-7 support, and convert to an open book management style. After eliminating the nearly $500,000 in debt he inherited when he became CEO, he has implemented a zero-debt management policy. When he’s not winning the MSP Mentor 250 award, Mike loves to play hobby board games with friends and family, master video games, and lift weights. He is terrible at golf. Really. Terrible. He is happily married and has three girls and one cat.

Todd Budde
Todd began his career at ThrottleNet as our first vCIO, and his work continues to be the inspiration for that position today. His previous experience as a senior Windows administrator, his easy-going personality, and his dedication to acting in the best interest of each client made him ideal for the role. Todd currently oversees our Managed Services division, and when he's not doing that, he enjoys tinkering with his home automation and gadgets to the point where he constantly has to retrain the family on how to turn on the lights. He has a way-better-than-average sneaker collection and enjoys NASCAR and the Saint Louis Blues. Todd's coworkers might describe him as a bit of a detail-oriented perfectionist continually seeking new ideas that make ThrottleNet a better partner for our customers. Just a bit.
